The purpose of CMO is primarily to raise tax deductible donations from individuals and businesses to fund and support the many needs of the "Fundacion Emmanuel" ministry based in Guadalajara, Mexico and led by Pastor Hilario Morales Guzman. CMO is a 100% pass through 501 C3 non-profit organization.

In addition, CMO provides assistance and support for mission trips by churches around North America who desire to travel to "Fundacion Emmanuel." The missionary's purpose is to help with the growing construction needs and spend fellowship and prayer time with the children of "Fundacion Emmanuel's" orphanages. Missionary's experiences can include traveling on trips to the various ministries, including mobile soup kitchens as well as homeless and prison ministries. Missionary's see first hand how Pastor Hilario is changing lives and leading the young and old to a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

CMO's ongoing goals are to provide for the basic needs of the children, provide infrastructure, and as able, financing to support the expansion of "Fundacion Emmanuel's" ministry to include providing safe homes for more children who otherwise live a dangerous and hopeless life on the streets. .
